1. Robes – Bath Towels – Bed sheets
- For health and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged once received.
2. Ready-Made Table Linens
- Returns: Within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Exchanges: Within 7 days of receiving the order.
3. Customized Table Linens
- Products made to order cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Special Orders (Customization / Embroidery)
- These orders require additional production time.
- Once production has started, they cannot be canceled or returned.

- Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was from our side.
